I’ve gotten so many requests lately for dressing those outdoor spaces and I totally get it! We’ve all been spening more time at home (a LOT more time) and now that the warm weather is starting to roll in it’s time to create some fun comfy spaces outdoors! Over the weekend we did a small refresh of our own and decdied to turn an unsused corner of our deck into a cozy little reading space… I love how it turned out! Everything is from Bed Bath & Beyond, they have the best options to bring some cozy home! I created a mood board first to get a feel for how I hoped the space woul come together…

And here’s the final result below! The super cozy and comfy egg chair is the focus of the space with a fun little outdoor pouf as a place to rest your feet. I love how the geometric rug really grounds the space and gives some coziness underfoot. The garden stool is the perfect place to rest a drink and those lanterns are solar powered and create some great ambiance when the sun starts to go down. I have a feeling a lot of books will be read here!

I love the black and white patio set for some comfy and stylish seating. I grounded the space with this fun outdoor geometric rug (I have the same exact one at the lake house!) and threw in some pretty pillows and a fun striped pouf as a place to rest your feet or for extra seating! The lanterns and the shepards hook lighting will brighten up the space when the sun goes down! I hope this helps to inspire you to put together a comfy outdoor patio space!
