Hope you all had an amazing weekend! We watched some college football and then went to a drive through trunk or treat for the kids tonight! It was so nice for them to be able to dress up and have some sort of normalcy even though it was definitely different than normal trunk or treating. Just for Fun: Made this easy peasy Everything Bagel cheeseball for our “at home” tailgate last weekend! Super simple and so good!
Ingredients: 8oz whipped cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream (I use light), 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use a three cheese blend), Everything Bagel seasoning
Directions: Mix the first three ingredients together. Drop it on seran wrap and use the wrap to shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight (or for a min of 2 hours). Unwrap and roll in the the Everything Bagel seasoning. Serve with bagel chips, veggies, apples, etc!
